To register the vehicle follow the steps below:

  • Visit MTMIS punjab website.
  • Navigate to the vehicle registration Section.
  • Locate the F- From Downlod button.
  • Alternatively Just click the button below and form will be download automaticaly.
  • After locating Click the Download button.
  • A Tab will open containing the PDF file.
  • Click on the small icon of download.
  • The from you have downloaded is the upto date as Punjab excise and taxation Department has made some changes previously.
  • Get the print of challan from your personal printer.
  • Or visit the nearest printer shop.
  • Fill out the reuqired information in the F-From. 
  • Make sure to enter the correct information as this will be used to generate your Smart card, Vehicle registration number, and fee challan.
  • Attached the documents listed below after completely filling out the Application From.

Original Purchaser of the Unregistered Vehicle:

  • If the Original Purchaser of the Vehicle wants to register the Vehicel on his name.
  • Application for registration of vehicle - Form-F
  • Copy of CNIC of the person on which name’s vehicle is to be registered  (For Individual owners)
  • Original Sales Certificate of Vehicle
  • Original Sales Invoice of Vehicle
  • Proof of paid fees receipt of Registration, Number plate, and other livable taxes.

Original Purchaser Disposes of the Unregistered Vehicle:

  • Application for registration of vehicle Form-F
  • Copy of CNIC of the person on which name’s vehicle is to be registered  (For Individual owners)
  • Original Sales Certificate of Vehicle
  • Original Sales Invoice of Vehicle
  • Proof of paid fees receipt of Registration, Number plate, and other livable taxes.
  • Transfer Order T.O. Form.
  • Document confirming the original purchaser has sold the vehicle
  • Copy of the National Identity Card of the original purchaser (In case of an individual).

Imported vehicles Registration

Registration in the Name of Importer

  • Application for Registration of Vehicle in Form-F
  • Copy of CNIC of the person on which name’s vehicle is to be registered  (For Individual owners)
  • Copy of customs authorized import permission. 
  • GD Duplicate copy in original showing payment of all taxes/duties.
